Laura Jefferson Art is dedicated to offering the highest level of customer service, and will endeavour to answer all enquiries as quickly and fully as possible. As I am a one woman operation, I thank you for your patience if I am not always able to come back to you straight away. All artwork provided throughout the site is created using the highest quality archival materials, lovingly packed, and always with a view to keep any environmental impact to a minimum, which is something I am always working towards improving. All packaging used is either re-used and re-usable again, or biodegradable.

All artwork is provided with a certificate of authenticity and full receipts.

I take the privacy of my customers, contacts and newsletter subscribers very seriously.

I will only contact you on the details you have provided to me. This will be in connection with services or products you have purchased, or where you have signed up to my newsletter, to keep you updated with news, upcoming releases and exhibitions, and information on upcoming art classes.

Your details are kept 100% privately and securely, and will under no circumstances be passed on to any third parties not relating directly to Laura Jefferson Art.

Third party services relating directly to the running of Laura Jefferson Art as a business are Stripe, which is used to process payments, and Baluu, which is a third party booking engine for managing art classes and bookings.

If you have subscribed to my newsletter online your details will have been automatically added to the marketing automation platforms that I use. Firstly directly into Wix.com platform and then moved into Mailchimp.
